Digital Monitoring Products is Hiring an UI/UX Designer Near Springfield, MO

The UI/UX Designer will design, build and maintain the user experiences for security industry products. You will be required to design, illustrate, build, test, maintain and improve the look and feel of user interface designs to create high quality, functional and appealing products.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Design or relevant field or 3-5 years of proven work experience in creating and implementing UI/UX design.
  • Good time-management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects quickly and efficiently.
  • Detailed and accurate with strong organizational skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Portfolio of design projects.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of software such as: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe XD, Figma, Webflow or similar
  • Some experience with HTML and CSS

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, illustrate, animate, build, maintain and improve the UI/UX of DMP products.
  2. Conduct testing to assess user experience.
  3. Develop UI mockups that clearly illustrate the desired UX.
  4. Gather and evaluate user requirements.
  5. Work with engineers on design implementation.
  6. Create original graphic designs.
  7. Create and maintain icon library and font.
  8. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
